excellent stay near the sea

i booked a double room sea view. the room had a great view of the coastline. i found the room very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful.
i noticed the hotel location is at the beginning of the promenade. it takes about 15 minutes to reach the central areas by foot. this can be a bit inconvenient if you plan frequent trips.

i observed that the reception staff provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out. housekeeping was prompt with requests for extra towels. restaurant staff was attentive during breakfast hours.

ineffective air conditioningunhelpful staff
the advertised air conditioning was ineffective the room temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout my stay. i found the staff's initial denial of the problem unhelpful after i persisted, a manager acknowledged the issue but offered no real solution. i consider this unacceptable, especially given the high external temperatures .
